    1. Intro

There are many ways to share files with clients, but if you want to be equipped for all possible situations and challenges, then you need a reliable tool that allows you to do it seamlessly.

There are many aspects of data sharing that can be covered by different types of solutions. These include:

To send files to the client via email

Sending files through social media such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube.

Sending files via FTP and Dropbox.

These protocol options vary depending upon the type of client that is being shared with. So you need to know which one is best suited for your project or business. And there are different types of services too like:

File5 – An easy-to-use cloud file storage solution where users can securely upload large files from their computer into the cloud and then access them from anywhere on their devices. File5 offers features including: Secure file upload and automatic backup without extra fees or restrictions; Simple access control; Send multiple files in one go; Share any file over network or local network; Customizable bandwidth for secure data transfer with high speed downloads up to 500MB/s; Supports both unencrypted WiFi and encrypted wired networks.

Cloud Drive – Provides an online storage solution allowing clients to store their digital assets in the cloud while providing maximum performance at lower cost than traditional hosting providers with no additional fees or restrictions on usage. Cloud Drive allows users to upload large amounts of data at a time, making it perfect for video content creation and video editing applications.

And Cloud Drive provides a simple way for users to quickly share large volumes of digital files or other large amounts of confidential information among trusted friends and colleagues without having to worry about security breaches due to accidental loss or theft of sensitive data stored in the cloud via Dropbox and other popular cloud file storage services like Box, Google Drive etc.. Secure Cloud Video Downloader – This software performs various functions including uploading videos from YouTube, Facebook, Vimeo etc., while allowing users who use this software free access on all major video hosting sites like YouTube , FaceBook , Yahoo!

    1. The Problem: Sending big files online

With so many files to send daily, how do you manage to transfer those files easily. There are plenty of ways to solve this problem.

There are various ways to share files online. Some of them are free and some of them require a monthly subscription. For example, Dropbox has become a favorite among the technology-savvy people; and has become the most popular service for people who wish to share their files with others quickly and easily.

So, let’s discuss about Dropbox in this article.

The best way for you is to go for the Dropbox Pro account which costs $0/month with an annual plan at $49/year. The desktop version can also be installed on your PC/laptop using Windows XP or higher version. It is also available for Mac OS X and Windows 7/8 users; but it requires a special system in order to use it effectively.

Dropbox offers free accounts as well but they charge only $5/month at that point in time (2GB limit). So, I suggest you start with the free account before moving on if you haven’t already done so until now because there will be more benefits of having more storage space in your Dropbox account than just sharing your files openly with people directly through it. It will also help you save money on cloud storage fees because your data isn’t stored indefinitely on one computer or device when accessing it through Dropbox as long as you have a computer or laptop that is capable enough to run the software that is used by Dropbox itself in order for them to store your files securely on their servers.

    1. Tools to Send Big Files Online

Files are the most important file in any business. They hold everything that needs to be shared with others. When it comes to sharing files online, there are a few different tools that can help you accomplish this efficiently.

There are two main types of file sharing services:

    1. FTP – This is the way to go if you want to share files with other people on your local network.
    2. BitTorrent – A lot of people use BitTorrent for sharing large files and this is the best way to do it on the Internet but it’s a bit hard to use for common users because of its complicated setup process but once you get used to it, it’s worth giving a try.

    1. How to Send a File Online

It’s easy to browse through your email, but you don’t need to be worried about sharing your files with clients. You can send files privately with the free plugin “8k”.

The 8k plugin is a free plug-in for WordPress that enables you to send files from any WordPress site. It works by sending the file from the server to the client’s email address.

The client will receive an email with an attachment containing a simple link that instructs him or her how to open the file in a web browser and look at its contents.

    1. Measuring Your Strategy’s Success

Here are 5 ways to share data with clients in the current digital age. Knowing what’s going on with your customers will help you create a winning strategy for your business.

    1. Conclusion

This article will summarize the basic methods for sharing files in a secure way.

The first step is to find a good file sharing program. There are many that can be used to share files with clients. The most widely known and widely used program is DropBox. It has more than 80 million registered users worldwide, so many freelancers use it to share files with their clients.

But there are also alternatives to dropbox like Google Drive, Lastpass and Box.io; which is a cloud storage service with an intuitive UI (unless you count the geeky password system).

You can use DropBox as a proxy of course since it’s probably better than using your own laptop for this purpose. For instance if you have DropBox at home and you want to send a file from your computer to someone else’s computer, you can simply copy the file from one machine (DropBox) into another (e.g., Google Drive) then open it on another drive in your computer or attach it as an image file, or even better send it as an email attachment attached directly to an email message (e.g., attaching it as an image). If you want to send the same file from your computer and another app on your smartphone/tablet/smartwatch; be sure that both apps have access permissions on the same folder (Dropbox).

In general if you want to upload large files onto DropBox; then you should use its app called “Upload” instead of “Share”. It has some advantages such as easier security because no password is required and all uploaded files are encrypted upon successful transmission so no unauthorized person can access them later on without downloading them first via their app or browsing through their internet history/search engine etc.. In case of trying out other cloud storage services — do not forget that Dropbox needs authentication before uploading via “Upload”.
